my day is just like other day , doing the same thing woke up the same time .
how boring my day is .
having my breakfast , online , having my lunch , online , watching tv , having my dinner , online and going to sleep . what the hack ? what am i going to be 3 months later ?

i have plan to change my eating schedule . i have to cut my dinner time or if i have to take dinner , i will eat before 8 pm . no junk food and no fast food (maybe) haha . weekend i will going to jogging , jogging . err i hate it but i must do it . for my sake . i dont want to be fat , no way no wayy ! even i have never being in fantastic shape , i never have any issue on it and i just love my body right now . no gain weight and no lose weight . i just want to achieve my healthy life and no tembam tembam issue . thats all !
i have never throw my old clothes and buy a larger jeans right now , sow the answer is i havent packed on the pouns , just i have problem with my cheek not my waist and my body . eventhought my mind always thinking : can i try just a bite of cheese cake ? and i would have to repeat on my mind " no thanks " and i will forget about it .
